NETWORK MAINTENANCE CONTRACT
GENERAL INFORMATION: Lynch Networks is a trading name of Lynch ICT Limited, a VAT registered Ltd company based in the Republic of Ireland. As a company that completes the majority of its work load within Dublin, Ireland we also sub contract for other ICT companies and have completed projects in the UK, Holland, Germany, Belgium and also Spain. If you would like to engage with us for your own project, we would be happy to complete a site visit and provide you with a detailed quote free of charge. If you then decide to choose Lynch Networks to complete the project we will ask you sign our purchase agreement and then complete the work as per the contract specifications.
In the case where you have previously had your network installed by us or another company, we can deliver guaranteed maintenance and or support on a contractual basis. Below is a brief outline of the types of agreements we deliver. Although infrastructure and equipment will vary from site to site you can get a basic idea of the types of cover that we can customize to your own requirements.
PAY AS YOU GO: The simple option, payment is per call out, a network engineer will go on site and supply labour as required. You will be invoiced for the work completed for labour plus materials and or parts. No response time is guaranteed prior to you calling us. Although we are generally fast and flexible the response time will depend on availability, in this case, give us a call for an ETA.
STANDARD MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT: We will guarantee a service level agreement (SLA) which ensures we turn up within an 6 business hour period (Dublin area only). Minimum of 3 month period of cover. The cost is based on hours of service and is provided on a reduced rate. The contract covers the network engineers call out and labor only, materials and or parts will be charged at the standard rate.
COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT: We will guarantee a service level agreement (SLA) which ensures we turn up within a 4 business hour period (Dublin area only). Minimum of 3 month period of cover. The cost is based on hours of service and is provided on a reduced rate. The contract covers the network engineers call out and labour only, materials and or parts will be charged at the standard rate.
